3 slices cucumber
pinch salt
2 oz gin
3/4 oz St Germain
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 oz club soda
Garnish: cucumber slice
Muddle cucumber and with salt in a cocktail shaker and until nice and pulpy. Add gin, St Germain and lemon juice to shaker. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a rocks glass and add club soda. Fill with ice and garnish.
