In Episode 4 of Essence of Wonder with Gadi Evron, Gadi and Karen hosted an interview with Malka Older, and introduced new show corners with Stephen Llano and Tammy Coxen, with Karen Castelletti reading “I, Cthulhu” by Neil Gaiman.

3 slices cucumber
pinch salt
2 oz gin
3/4 oz St Germain
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 oz club soda
Garnish: cucumber slice
Muddle cucumber and with salt in a cocktail shaker and until nice and pulpy. Add gin, St Germain and lemon juice to shaker. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a rocks glass and add club soda. Fill with ice and garnish.
